Odoo Education Program

In February 2025, BINUS and Odoo marked the official launch of a strategic partnership between the two parties through an MoU Signing Ceremony. Long before this moment, Odoo and BINUS had already collaborated on several workshops. 

With Odoo's office in Indonesia, ​communication with campuses is now smoother. Those joining the Education Program get direct support from our local team and the following benefits:

Free Database for Two Years, Unlimited Access!

With free access to Odoo database, both students and lecturers can explore Odoo without limitation. This way, classes can be more practical!

Odoo University Course

As part of education partnership, Odoo provides exclusive access to Odoo University Course. Like the title, it includes a series of learning materials for university-level individuals. Once students complete the course, they will be able to take an exam and get an Odoo Student Diploma if they pass.

Through this program, students can get step-by-step guidance on using Odoo’s specific tools—helping them master real business processes that will set them apart in the job market.

Education Event for BINUS Student in Odoo HK Office

Upon the end of 2024, several BINUS students also had the opportunity to visit Odoo's office in Hong Kong. This experience provided them with firsthand insight into Odoo’s work environment through the Odoo Meet & Greet event.

There, they got to hear career stories from Odoo reps. A lively Q&A session shed light on the Business Analyst role, sparking interest in global tech careers. 

Moreover, the session helped enhance their technical skills in using the Odoo platform, equipping students with essential knowledge of ERP technology.

The signing of this MoU demonstrates Odoo and BINUS’s commitment to stay ahead of the evolving industry. Through training and access to advanced technology, this collaboration not only prepares BINUS students for their careers but also helps build an education ecosystem that aligns with the needs of the digital era.

It’s also a great example for other universities looking to bring ERP into their programs—because ERP isn’t just for IT students! Odoo’s Education Program has already worked with fields like Accounting of Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia and even Agriculture at UNUSIA.
